Judith may become a very big thread down the road. She has proven herself coming second in the challenge and she scares the crap out of me. She may even turn the alliance Tenchi and I are in against us. It would be better for all of us to get her out ASAP.
Tenchi was saying how he could probably get shane, arthur, Jack, and carrie to vote for judith with him, but then Rei would eat him alive. And Tenchi and I need to keep our strong spot in our alliance. If we can regain the power position, the game should be a lot easier for all of us.
What we need to do is have someone else unite the 4 original group people who are against Judy and get a bandwagon going against them. If one of you three secret mission spies can somehow get them united and ready to oust judith, it would help our cause tremendously.
I am thinking the best way to get this to happen is to have Bebe go to Shane, since he seems to be trusting of you. If bebe can let shane know that she is in support of ousting Judy, shane will probably get Arthur, Jack, and Carrie to vote together for her.
If you can find 3 citizens in the secret mission players who will vote for Judy, then we have:
4 original players (shane, arthur, jack, carrie) 3 secret mission citizens 2 secret mission spies
9 votes for judy.
Our group will throw 5-6 votes at carrie at the most.
That leaves 6-7 votes in the air. Chances are that 4 wont stumble upon a carrie vote and none a judith vote.
When Judith is revealed as a citizen, the secret mission players will be able to jump away without suspicion while Carrie, jack, arthur, shane will be left to take the fall in the following exiles, Maybe not all 4, but I can definately see a Judith -->Carrie --> Jack exile setup.
So if any of you think you can swing 3 citizen secret mission votes, we need your help.

I think we can get the i/a's such as sujata and jordan I also think we can get Matthew because they have NO idea what is going on! brooks is also never on so probably him too. I think Bebe and I can convince Taylor. Bruce will have a mind of his own, I can work on Audrey too.

Just be careful. If Judith gets wind of this, she will go berserk! I would love to see that though... but it will be dangerous for you guys.

plus don't forget someone out there knows who she is. identity votes may come into play if someone wants her out that badly.
edit to say i am not saying that we need to go after her with accusation votes even though they are private - i'm saying that whoever knows may want to blab.

IF THIS IS TRUE: Judith wants the Race winner out of the game since they cheated and could be a spy.
then
ADDITIONAL NOTE: Add a hint to oust Bebe/ The Winner of the race so that Judith will have some "support".

why can't we just imprison her and frame someone?...I'll elaborate more later (after I eat)

1. This is more fun. 2. Everyone who votes for her will be framed (quite a lot) 3. Since Imprisonments points DIRECTLY to spies ONLY, we have to make Imprisonments for now as uninformative as possible. Once the Imprisonment thread is up, I will state my case. But go on, state your reasons Claire.

wait why would you want to oust me? i am confused. are you trying to make this exile bebe v judith? because that could be risky.
and just so you guys know, i did not cheat on the race. i'm not a cheater. i don't know if anyone will actually suggest that i did (i would be very surprised if a Secret Mission person accused me of cheating) but i haven't decided yet if i should stand up for myself or not if accused.

That's why we should verify the news first. It was just a rumor from an ally.

I don't know if we have enough time to frame someone for Judith's ousting...though I think we could frame Carrie a little because she doesn't trust her. But I think we should imprison someone that makes it look like someone wanted them gone. Let's say: Person X doesn't like or doesn't trust Person Y and people A-U (I think that's 19 letters) know that person X doesn't like/trust Person Y. Person Y is imprisoned. Person X is framed!

Claire, this is not the time to do framing just yet. There is enough suspicion going around to frame somebody. If we want to frame people, do it via Exile, NOT imprisonment.
A vague imprisonment works well. That's why everybody was so clueless with Leena, it worked beautifully that they just focused on getting the "suspicious" people out.
And besides, I see Judith as a morale figure. Having her Exiled will put down the morale for quite a number of people. Having her Imprisoned however, would just get them pumped.

from my conversations with shane and arthur they definitely will vote judith.
anneliese is a gamble - she thinks that judith is following jessica and jennipher, but jessica clearly doesn't think judith his following her. if anneliese sees that judith is playing a very big question mark game, she may vote for her.
carrie may vote for judith to save her own skin. i think it is best that her paranoia be kept at high levels.

Just to add to the discussion of imprisoning judy versus exiling her:
-We cant imprison her this time because she has second place immunity, so unless we want to put her off until later, we can only exile her. -Why would we imprison her when it would be so easy to exile her. There are probably 4 people suspicious of her. If we keep her around, those 4 people will likely vote wrong at exile, which is our main goal, to have citizens vote wrong. -It will make the secret mission citizens lose trust in Carrie/Jack/Shane/Arthur knowing that they guided them down the wrong path, setting up 2 or possibly 3 of them for the next 3 exiles.

DON'T BRING UP JUDITH'S NAME TO ANNELIESE MAKE SOMEONE ELSE (SUSPICIOUS) DO IT!!!!!!
spies3Anneliese (1:08:57 PM): I think the whole Judith thing is just people trying to push suspicion away from themselves, and people not really knowing how to play the game. spies3Anneliese (1:09:09 PM): It's very easy to tell who a spy really is, the trouble just lies in rallying people to vote for them.

That is a very good point. Do not try to sell the judith vote to any one of the original players other than the 4 who will probably already be voting for her. Just try to stick with the secret mission players.

Judith knows her name has come up several times! She actually seemed okay with it. She knows CArrie isn't a spy, but she hasn't told me who she thinks is one! I also won't be able to vote for her...sorry. My reasoning: All 5 of us can't vote for the same person. Besides if two groups form at some point in this game I think someone needs to be in the other group. I think this could be a perfect opportunity for me to try to gain support from other ppl.

All 5 of us wont be voting for the same person.
I will vote carrie, Tenchi may also vote carrie, depending on whether or he can make a good throwaway vote (Havent talked to tenchi about this).
Two secret mission spies will vote for Judith, and the third will cast a throwaway vote.
Also, when I say throwaway, I dont literally mean the person will make it seem like they are wasting their vote, I mean that there vote will seem that they weren't in on any plans to vote as a group.
Also, this is only if we can get some secret mission citz to vote for judy.

Sounds good, but I really want to gain Judith's trust b/c she has a lot of influence on some of hte other people and I just honestly don't want to vote for her.

If we get the required secret mission cit votes, you and raphael can decide which of you wants to vote judith and who will throwaway.

No, I completely understand. We need to work together, so if any strategy ever makes you feel like we are throwing you under the bus, speak up. We have no intention of sacrificing anyone this early in the game.

Post by Bebe on May 17, 2007 11:39:06 GMT -5
i don't understand claire actually
if judith gets voted out, you don't need to worry about gaining her trust
duh
i am 100% ok with voting for judith and i have a reason too for anyone who asks. jack told me that she was after me. he said that judith thinks that the winner of the challenge had their fellow spies help, so she thinks i am a spy and a cheater.
also i think raphael can get away with voting for her too because he's not around enough for anyone to tell him not to and he can say he did it to protect me because we're buds.
judith MUST go. this player is very very very sneaky and she cannot be trusted by anyone. i can't say more cuz it feels kind of dirty to say it out loud but i know her playing style and believe me when i tell you that what judith wants, judith gets.

It's not Judith's trust I want, if she's voted out it doesn't matter. It's her group's trust that I want...duh.

i think i can vote for judith and still get her group to trust me, i do not think that is a problem at all! it is round one, we don't know what is going on, we can get away with ANYTHING right now. duh!
