Answers. We need definite answers. There are five spies. There are seven citizens. We can be pretty sure that Taylor is gone at imprisonment, nothing else would make any sense whatsoever. That leaves me trusting Jordan (who is an asshole who has given up or just doesn't see fit to show himself) and Reicheru (basing this mostly off of my trust in Jack's judgment). We three mofos have to figure out what three other mofo's are with us. Obviously it'd be a lot nicer if Taylor stayed and somebody else was imprisoned; a point which I'll address in a second. Arthur, Brooks, and Matthew, I believe are all spies. I also have pretty good reason to believe that Claire is a spy if Matthew is a spy. Matthew's past few votes have been for Arthur and Claire. Before that he safely voted for Carrie three times in a row. After he decided to make a charge at Anneliese, he's pretty much become even more of a douche than usual and has voted by himself for two people that are probably spies. What worries me is that he's so stupid and annoying in a believable way that it's hard to believe that anyone could be that good of an actor. If he's not acting, than I can really see him justifying his stupidity in his mind. Of course if those three ARE spies, and Claire is too, who does that leave? Well, if Jessica is a spy, then Bebe HAS to be also, and against my better judgment, I'm willing to forget Bebe right now, which means I must also forget Jessica. That leaves Tenchi and Raphael. Tenchi has "acted" more like a citizen during this game... But IS it an act? It's tough to say, because he's done some very odd things in this game, things that I wouldn't think a spy bold enough or careless enough to do. But it's very possible. Raphael? He's hardly around to be talked to. He hasn't been very active for any of this game. He usually signs on the night of exiling and is away until time to start. Me? I don't IM people who are away. My belief is that if you have an away message up, there's some reason why you want to discourage IM's. And of course if Bebe and Jessica ARE both spies... It would be pretty genius of them to imprison Bebe. Because if Bebe is a citizen, then without a doubt, Jessica is as well. I'm not sure if there's a rule against spies imprisoning their own kind, but if those two are spies, and they're as amazingly devious as I am, then I wouldn't put it past them. With Matthew and Claire, it's hard to imagine one as a spy and the other not. If Matthew IS a spy, then he'd have voted for two spies in a row, completely on his own with no help. That to me sounds like something a dumb spy such as himself would do so late into the game when they've basically won anyway. And of course if I keep that in mind, then three people out of Jessica/Bebe/Tenchi/Raphael are spies. Well, there are only three possible combinations, taking into consideration that if Jessica is a spy, Bebe HAS to be; 1.) Bebe/Jessica/Tenchi. 2.) Bebe/Jessica/Raphael 3.) Bebe/Tenchi/Raphael Bebe is in all three of those possible combinations, yet my gut tells me that she is a citizen, just as it told me that Jack was a citizen before the exile where Trina lost her mind and wound up hurting the citizens in the process. Obviously logic and reason > than gut, but sometimes you have to go with what you feel. Of course if I DO allow for the fact that Bebe is a citizen, then that throws out those combinations, therefore either Claire or Matthew has to be a spy. That allows for Claire/Matthew/Tenchi, Claire/Matthew/Raphael, Matthew/Tenchi/Raphael, Claire/Tenchi/Raphael. My gut also tells me that Tenchi is a citizen, even against my better judgment. Should I follow my gut? If so, Arthur/Brooks/Claire/Matthew/Raphael are the spies. Wouldn't it be ironic that for a large portion of this game the "old group" (I HATE THOSE TERMS!) people operating under the assumption that there were probably more spies in the "old group" than in the "new group" (I STILL HATE THOSE TERMS!) and that beyond all doubt there had to be at least ONE in the "old group" (Grr...) to imprison mofo's before the hidden group joined in, and it turns out they were right? That there was ONE and ONLY one spy in the "old group" and it was the one guy they never nabbed EVEN THOUGH HE WAS VOTED THE MOST SUSPICIOUS GUY IN THE BURG!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??! I think I've just about convinced myself that the best possible option we have as a whole is to operate under the assumption that Arthur/Brooks/Claire/Matthew/Raphael are the spies. There has to be a group of five people that fit, and to me, it makes the most sense. Now of course, the trick will be getting losers like Jordan off of their butts long enough to vote the way we HAVE to have them vote, and preventing the spies from creating doubt. I don't think that ANYTHING should be set into stone, but I DO think that if we get a spy this Sunday and nothing has drastically changed (and if I'm still around) that I'll bring this list forward as THE list of spies to vote out, because the people with common sense will be the ones to be imprisoned now. Why would you imprison Jordan? Sure, he's a confirmed citizen, but so is Jakub, and they're both equally valuable to the Burg at this point. This will be tough. Nearly impossible. The odds are VERY slim that we can get out of this with a victory... But as the great Han Solo once said, "Never tell me the odds!". ...I'm ending a confessional with an allusion to Star Wars, things must not be so bad, after all ;D

Claire = almost certainly a spy. But I really don't care.

So why didn't I vote Tenchi? If I'm wrong about Arthur, then I'm, sure that it will be a pressing question. Well, I didn't vote Tenchi because I didn't want to. Ss there a chance that he's a spy? Of course, I good one, in fact. Do I care? Nah, not really. I think Arthur is a spy. I've stated my reasons, I haven't heard any legitimate claims against my reasoning. Are there good claims against Tenchi? Yes, he's probably a spy also. I wanted to vote Arthur, though, so I did. I'm in an interesting pickle, though, something I need to untangle and work out very quickly... Claire tells me that Bebe and Jessica keep telling her that I played her, trying to get a strong reaction out of her. I'm still highly suspicious of Claire. What does it mean?
Scenario One: Claire is innocent. Jessica and Bebe, along with Tenchi and Arthur and somebody else are all spies. Seeing that the vote could very well be split between two of their own, the spies are presented with a dubious challenge; Do they try to shift the vote back to a citizen like Bruce? (Apparently they tried that and failed) Do they sacrifice one and hope for the best? Or do they make a calculating decision to sacrifice one in such a manner that a citizen is severely implemented as a spy and is exiled in the next round, ending the game? This citizen is either Claire or me. It's set up PERFECTLY for that to happen. I think this scenario is very likely. If it IS this scenario, then we live to fight another day. This is a very likely case.
Scenario 2: Claire is a spy. She's using me to help get rid of Arthur, but Arthur is still in fact a spy. Claire hopes that by getting Arthur out, I regain citizen credibility and she does, as well. This makes Tenchi an easy next target, but leaves plenty of room for the remaining spies to work something out. I don't see this as being very likely.
Scenario 3: Claire is a spy. She just totally used me, Arthur is a citizen and is being exiled and I will feel like an idiot. I see this as being fairly likely. If this were anyone other than Arthur, you can bet I'd slap a "highly likely" on it, but it's Arthur.
Scenario 4: Claire is a citizen. Arthur is too. I commit suicide because there's no way that Arthur is a citizen. After I'm done /wrist I realize that being emo is not cool since I'm a metal musician, and I kill myself again for being emo, which only compounds my emoness. I then am stuck in a downward spiral of emo deaths and the universe eventually explodes.

I commit suicide because there's no way that Arthur is a citizen. Erm... from someone who never considered Arthur a serious suspect the whole freaking game... WHY???!!!!!! It was SO OBVIOUS that people like Raphael and Bebe were trying to frame him. Raphael in particular, it was his insistence on Arthur in the (few) conversations that we had that made me so suspicious of him.
