To Bruce:
Howdy !
I'm Taylor, and we're in this secret mission together..... So far I was told to contact Trina, who was told to contact Claire, who was told to contact you - so here we are! I am 26 living in North Carolina - I love it here... im working on being a physical therapist and interning/being a student - it is busy but it is really what i'd like to do, so it is worth the hard work and busy schedule.
Can't wait to get to meet you, wonder how many of us there are out there! The Host said to get to know each other, unless you were assigned me to contact, there are more. so weird! but exciting.
'Take Care,
Taylor (or Tay)
From Bruce: man, got to love this chain of contact eh. yeah, my name's bruce, i'm 26 too actually, living in chicago though, big windy city. got a fun job nailing the bad guys as a cop. physical therapist huh? guess you get to hang with all the injured athletes and all that, plenty of them here in chicago, got too many cursed teams i guess. looking foward to working with ya, and yeah my contact is brooks, 'bout to message him now, so i guess i should pass the name along. you take care too, peace.

Bruce - Great to here from you. I think chicago would be a pretty cool place to live, I haven't traveled much at all. Cops are great - gotta love a man in uniform!! I don't much keep up with professional sports - I'd like to work at a smallish university division 2 or 3, but i'll take your word on the cursed teams. Have you been in contact with a lot of people yet? Look forward to hearin from ya! Taylor

From Bruce:definitely got the cool part right... more like COLD place to live. but it is nice, depending on wha tpart of town you're in, i guess i mostly see the bad parts though, but that's all a part of being the badge. i'm not much for sports either, but you can't live in chicago and not hear someone complaining about their team, so i guess i absorb it. so far i've heard from most everyone, claire, you, tina, and just got messages from audrey and bebe, 'bout to check that out. have a nice day.
does that mean he hasn't talked to like the upper half of the chain hmmm...

Bruce -
I hate the cold. HATE IT! Snow is pretty ... from indoors. But otherwise I just love the spring/summer/early fall - mostly because I can run outside rather than on a treadmill (which I hate).
So you said you'd talked to those 5 or 6.... there are about 15 of us - just wanted to make sure you had everyone's name since Host Sam said we should all get to know each other. Let me know if you need any names, I think I've got them all (so far?).
Anyway, I'm gonna go enjoy the nice (not cold!) weather and run a few miles before it gets dark.
Talk to you soon!

yeah, i'm not a big fan of snow either, got to bundle up and all that, makes it a lot harder to do anything. i've been wanting to take a little trip down to cancun or somewhere for quite a while, it would be a nice change of scenery. yeah... 15? don't think i've got that many names yet... i have... trina, claire, audrey, bebe, sujata, matthew, jordan, brooks, and you. i think that's it... hope i'm not forgetting anyone. enjoy your jog, peace
Bruce - Howdy! I think you are missing... Raphael (haven't heard from) and bruce from that list. that's the 11 i have... someone said 15... but i guess im missing people too lol! maybe between the two of us we can figure that out ! Jog was awesome, it felt so good out there.. got about 3 miles in... now its time for a shower...
Talk to you tomorrow!

From Bruce:
raphael, i actually think someone told me that and then it slipped my mind entirely. if there are 4 more out there, we'll be able to figure it out eventually. glad you enjoyed your jog, wish i could head out and do that, but i've got some paperwork that's not going to go away. the joys of making a living [image] see you tomorrow.

Yes the joys of making a living... at least it seems you have one that is high action, i assume - at least really interesting. What kinds of shifts do you work??? I don't think I would like night shifts! Im off to class it starts in 10 minutes, but hopefully I'll hear back from you soon! I'd love to hear more about your job!

yeah, full of action, sometimes more than i'd like. i guess now would be a good time to tell you, though, that i'm not really a standard police officer, at least, not anymore... i retired from that about 5 years ago, i was out on the front lines a lot, late night shift, never really had any time for a social life because i was asleep when most people were awake. but i also did a lot of interrogation and found out that so many criminals just needed help. figured that was something i could do, having dealt with so many and having minored in it in college.. so i'm now a psychologist, i work with the PD in oakland now, like i said, chicago is just TOO cold. the wind in oakland isn't much better, but hey... i'll take 75 degrees and windy over 10 degrees and windy anytime. most people think of chicago as a pretty crime-filled town... nah, oakland is a lot worse, at least from my experience. i don't like to tell people i'm a psychologist right up front... ususally people hold back and are wary when talking to a psychologist, so i like to give my police background first, so i can get to know the real person. its not as exciting as being out on the front lines... but hey, i'm seeing paris hilton's former publicist next week, he heard i was good with helping people who have lived a tough abusive life i guess. hope that doesn't bother you too much, that you're talking to the guy that interviews all the criminals off the streets and figures out whats wrong with them, just wanted you to see i'm just a regular guy, not the crazy psychologist most people assume. hope your class went well, should be about time for finals though, so i don't guess it's a fun time right now. what classes are you taking? bruce

Bruce -
Eek! So can you analyze me, Mr. Psychologist??? I almost majored in psychology as an undergrad but went ahead and did sports medicine.
Right now I am taking basic anatomy, Human Development, and interning at a local PT place. It's really cool. I must admit, I like interning a lot more than being in the classes. But I guess they go hand in hand.
Paris Hilton's publicist eh? Very cool. I think its amazing she's going to jail. I mean, what else does she have to do? Obviously not enough. Maybe she'll meet some friends. Heck, maybe you could counsel her!
Oakland is more crime ridden you say? I really have no idea. I grew up in a small town, very low crime.
So hmmm... Basically, no im not scared off by your psychology history - I think it is interesting to study people... and help them of course. Well - I'm off for now! Can't wait til we have IM.
