Vote for the person who got this game in control but didn't just have the support when he/she needed.
Who made the smartest traps?
Who was the most DEAD ON the Spies?
Who skillfully almost got a Spy exiled?

Excuse me, that poll is missing Trina.
Therefore, I will not vote.
OK fine I will vote. But let it be known that I protest.

lol no worries tenchi. I was by far not the best citizen nor the worst. just average as always.
My vote goes to Carrie, who....isn't up on there as well lol.
She was the only one who seemed to be on teh right track early on. She suspected tenchi and jessica and wanted to push for them but she had no support. She voiced her opinion as best as she could but couldn't overcome the suspcions.
Jack was a really good player but I think that being in the voting block with Reicheru/Anneliese and somehow being so suspected and getting citizens voted out week after week really hurt him. I adore him as a player but I don't think he's the best.

I'm going with Jack followed closely by Anne. Rei seemed to do more damage than good, so I can't see how anyone could vote for her.
Trina, thanks for the vote but I vehemently disagree. I may have suspected the right people but I didn't do nearly enough to raise suspicions about them. Also, for me to have literally no clue that I'm about to be exiled that deep into the game....ouch, that one hurt my pride.

I agree completely with Trina's assessment of Jack - no offense.
I voted for Anneliese - she had the Spies scrambling to figure out what she was up to the entire time. No one else was as hard to read.

I won't vote because I honestly don't think there IS a "best citizen".
The ones who "took control" seemed to be wrong all the time. (Well, I certainly was!) But I'm not letting the others off the hook. Carrie, you had some bloody good ideas about who the spies were. And you did NOTHING with them. Jennipher, although I thought from about day four that you were a citizen, the same can be said about you.
And again regarding Carrie - I'm very apologetic to Jakub and Judith in my confessionals. I'm not as apologetic regarding you, because while I am sorry for being a significant part of the reason you were exiled, I think it was largely down to how a number of people perceived your way of playing the game. The spies picked up on this and used it, which you can't be blamed for, but I did think the way you played the game made you specifically vulnerable to that kind of stuff.
I think Judith had the best suspicions and came closest to using them well. So I think Judith deserves the "best citizen" award. It certainly shouldn't be Annie, Jack, me, or anyone who had good suspicions but didn't do anything with them. (Which also includes me... I thought Bebe was a spy for most of the latter half of the game, and couldn't do anything about it!)
Now if there was a "worst citizen" award, I might have a legitimate shot at it!

OMG... you certainly missed A LOT until this last Exile when you nailed it. I think THAT deserves credit. Good job Rei.

I don't know if this is the right thread to post this in BUT can someone fully explain to me the whole deal with the extra board that could have been construded as "cheating" and if anything actually came of it?

Wrong thread Raph Anyway, it is explained in the Burg in the thread "Are you too Afraid to read this?". Sam posted an explanation why it violated the rules.

I definitely think that there can be so many different definitions of a best player. My strategy throughout the entire game was to throw enough curveballs that I could see distress as a sign of Spy-dom. Obviously there were points when this backfired, and overall I did as much damage as I did progress. The biggest problem I had was that I trusted the people that were trusted by those I trusted *Example - I trusted Rei, and she practically forced me to trust Tenchi. I trusted Trina, and she practically forced me to trust Bebe.*
If I had been on my own, the only spy I would have trusted was Jessica, and even then I might have had some slight glimpse into her actions.
But anyway, my vote goes to Rei. Whether she was right or not she fully played the game, and yes, Winning is the important thing but she really lived on this thing and I think she played a damn good game.
My runner ups? Jack, Trina, and Jessica, who was the best spy-citizen ever. I'm still sticking to my words... Best spy ever, and one of the best citizens ever.
