Here is how I see the Spies:
Okay so pretend it is high school and you are doing a group project. You know that girl in your group (sorry, not being sexist but it usually is a girl that is a perfectionist and is obsessive compulsive about getting a 100% on every single assignment and has to do perfect? This girl is insanely focused on spending every minute the group has on perfecting their project, even though your group is all intelligent people and will get near a 100% no matter what they turn in because it will be quality anyway. Despite this fact, they still insist on getting every single minute detail absolutely perfect even though it doesn't matter. When someone suggests that they take a few minutes to relax or they make a joke, this girl immediately tenses up and sternly insists that everybody gets back to the task on hand, that is why we are here after all!
Yeah so there are like 3-4 of those type of girls in the Spies haha. Man they just need to let their girlish hair down and loosen up a little! Everything doesn't have to be perfect! Why not have a little fun? They are most likely going to win anyway. I'm not even suggesting something like they should use their next Imprisonment as a surprise Imprisonment (though I wouldn't object as it'd be interesting, it's completely up to them).
What I asked them... oh wait, that would reveal a Spy lol. Okay so just take my word that there is something that is obviously publicly known by everyone that happened a long long time ago. This Spy does not ever plan on lying about it in the future. But the thing is I haven't announced it yet. So I ask them politely, do you mind if I put it on the Comprehensive Data Sheet? I'd like to add it there.
And they say no and start whining about it! Jesus H. Christ. Not every single little thing needs to be micromanaged. Me announcing one tiny thing would not change anything, yet they throw a fit about it. Sigh.........
sorry about ranting I should have done it in my private confessional haha. just that the pickiness and stuck-up-ness of the spies has been getting to me <3
