where is everybody? YOU'RE ALL SCARED! YOU'VE ALL GIVEN UP! barely HALF of the cast was online tonight? WHY? you made up your minds ahead of time! You decided that you were right and there was nothing else that was even an option! Well, you were all wrong. Here I was, tonight, with many suspicions, but in the end, none of them were valid enough to act on because the vast majority of the cast had already voted for Jack. So the way I see it, we can assume that Reicheru is a citizen, she was with Jack on this and he trusted her. Anneliese trusted them both. I know that I'm a citizen, I don't personally care whether any of you think I am or not, if you're too blind to see that then we'd be losing... Oh wait, we ARE losing, aren't we?! Well, here's the deal:
Taylor is a citizen.
Jordan is a citizen.
I am a citizen.
Reicheru is a citizen.
That leaves Arthur, Bebe, Brooks, Claire, Jessica, Matthew, Raphael, and Tenchi. EIGHT people. FIVE of which are spies. How is it that with such seemingly GOOD odds, we can't catch a single damn spy?! Because we're all stupid. We all constantly get duped into jumping onto a bandwagon, and then it turns out poorly, and we all say, "Well gee, that turned out poorly... I feel bad. We need to catch a spy next time!" and then we DON'T!
What does that mean? ANY of you who are NOT willing to give EVERY bit of evidence you have are either spies or deserve to burn in the pits of the shitty citizen hell. Ask yourself, do you want to be known as a shitty citizen? If not, you'd better be willing to be 100% open with EVERYBODY. Who CARES if the spies know what we think? Don't you think they might have just a slight feel for things considering they've played the Burg like a card shark playing poker with a second grade art class? None of us have ANYTHING to lose here, but EVERYTHING to gain.
This is pathetic. I'm VERY disappointed with the way things have turned out, but I'm NOT giving up because we still have a tiny chance to take five spies in a row and WIN this game, and I'm going to do it, or go down trying.
So he's the deal; I give you my suspicions on every unconfirmed (You can bitch and moan about what constitutes "confirmed" all you want, - get over it) player, and everyone can respond to their OWN accusations. I STRONGLY encourage EVERYBODY else to do the exact same thing with anyone whom they believe to not be a confirmed citizen. Why? Because this will give us ALL insight. If you read this and don't respond, then you're either a spy, or you want to lose. If we ALL respond, the spies HAVE to respond to avoid making things obvious. If the spies DO respond, then we've got public information that we can ALL work on to expose them TOGETHER. No more of this divided bullshit.
Without further adieu, the initial Bruce questions:
Arthur. You started a thread very early in the game asking for roles. You were in no way confirmed as a citizen nor was there any reason for anybody to believe so. And yet you did that anyway, why? Perhaps you're a very ARROGANT, assuming spy. It doesn't end there, though. Other than that, what did you do in the first part of this game? You did nothing. You were very unresponsive when I IM'ed you, and to my knowledge you never had any meaningful conversations concerning the game with anyone. I'm sure, though, that four people in this Burg are willing to vouch for you, though, so that does you no good.
You helped orchestrate the Miles vote. You told us all not to listen to you again if you were wrong. You WERE wrong, then you continued to give your shitty WRONG ideas to the Burg and like sheep they listened to them so strongly that half of them didn't even show up tonight, having already made up their minds.
As a subnote, WE VOTED ARTHUR AS THE MOST SUSPICIOUS PERSON IN THE DAMN BURG! WHY THE HELL ARE YOU ALL TAKING HIS ADVICE!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
You're a spy in my mind, care to tell me why I should change it?
Bebe. Last episode I made a post saying that you were the key to this game. I still believe that it would have been the best course of action, but that's gone, now. Obviously the spies have to have a social player, somebody who could unassumingly be getting all of the information that they've obviously been getting. I'm almost willing to take the plunge and say that I DON'T think you're a spy, but saying that would also be saying that Jessica is not a spy, either, and I don't have any reason to believe that. So rather than defend yourself, I'd rather see you defend Jessica, because if Jessica is a spy, you are. If she isn't, you still could be, but that's a lot better than the alternative.
Brooks. You've been pretty shady for most of the game. You talk to people, but you're not overly responsive and you usually don't give any in depth feelings on the game, at least not to me, anyway. I more or less gave up trying at one point. You've managed to vote in the majority in each of the past four exiles, which seems sort of odd, to me, that anybody would so consistently be voting in the majority. Would you care to explain each of your votes? Or are you unable to explain them?
Claire. You're a bit of a mystery to me. A suspicious mystery. I began to suspect you back before the two groups of citizens merged. Your demeanor seemed to change after our identities were announced. That could have just been the difference between PM's and AIM, but it could be because your perspective on the game changed. You reacted very suspiciously to jokes about you being a spy, but since then, things haven't really been focused on you. Why not? Obviously things haven't been focused on the spies because we're not getting them out. I think that from my experience, the person who created the Spies' taunting video sounded VERY much like you. Would you like to tell me why I shouldn't believe that you made that video?
Jessica. You pushed hard for Jack to be exiled. You had a theory of how he could have used citizens to post his word for him and then imprison them. It's a VERY well thought out theory. Why would you go through the time to cook up something like that unless it was an elaborate way to get rid of the hardest working citizen of them all? The sad part is that the theory IS logically and even reasonably possible, which is why I told you that it could very well be right. But of course I also talked to Jack about it, and personally, I felt that it was crap. When I asked people in the chat room who they were voting for, it was to ensure that everyone had in fact been duped. So the question is obvious; you cooked the plan up, the citizens all bought into the plan. Why should I believe that this was an honest mistake?
Matthew. You're so damn annoying. Is it even possible that you could be a spy? Or are you really this way in reality? I hope not, for the sake of whoever is around you, but I'm not saying this to needlessly trash you or try to hurt your feelings. I'm saying this because you've been voting for a string of random people completely unrelated to what's going on in the Burg. Why? Is it that you don't want to exile citizens, so you avoid that by voting by yourself, or is it that you're a spy? Neither answer is a good one, but I'm interested to hear which it is, anyway.
Raphael. You're not online very often. In fact, you're rarely on, and when you are, you usually have an away message up. I want to bring one specific incident up, though, going back to the Jennipher vote. You had extra votes; you used them all on Jennipher. Your reasoning even ADMITTED that it was bandwagoning. WHY would you bandwagon with three votes, knowing that if it's a bandwagon, it's probably wrong? Shouldn't you have taken a LOT more care into who you decided to vote for when your vote had triple the weight of everyone else's? Claire also very subtly but adamantly defended you from Jack. Would you care to explain that, too?
Tenchi. You've been VERY hard after Jack for some time now. Your reasons are pretty clear, you've at least been able to explain yourself, so there's no reason to question you on that. Instead, I'll question you on this; why is it that you went SO hard after Jack to explain himself on the "Coming Clean" thread, but NOT after Arthur? It would seem to me that from a citizen's perspective, both of them had an equal chance of being spies, and yet you never even addressed Arthur in any way. Why would you fight so hard to bring Jack down but ignore Arthur completely, when he was just as suspicious in regards to saying things that he couldn't prove? (Actually Jack could and did prove most of what he said).
So there's the beginning. I'd better be seeing some progress to this, because if not, I'll just assume that we have a bunch of half-assed citizens who have either given up on this game or are all completely retarded dumbasses. Before people say "OMG BRUCE IS DOING THIS TO CLEAR HIS NAME!" ask yourself this, HOW is this thread bad for the citizens in any conceivable way? What have we got to lose? Nothing. You saw Sam's post. We have a 1% chance of getting a spy this round and winning the game based on what has happened throughout this game. We have NOTHING to lose. The FINALE has been announced. We're EXPECTED to lose. Well damn it, I'm not going to lose, and if you don't want to, then you must see how this thread can only do good because it should be fairly obvious who gives detailed, complete suspicions and who gives weak, made-up-on-the-spot ones.
To the spies, I DARE you to imprison me. Yes, that's right. Do you have the balls to do it? I'm interested to find out, because your situation is this:
1. You allow me to stay in the game, which of course will cause people to doubt further whether I'm a spy or not, but also runs the risk of me having extra time to drag your asses to the ground.
2. You imprison me, which only makes it obvious that everything I'm saying has actual merit and should at least be considered.
Well, do you have the balls to imprison me? Come on, you've been arrogant asses this entire game, why not stick with that until the very end? If you're as good as you THINK you all are, then you should easily be able to imprison me and get away with it, right?
