BEBE. Bebe, Bebe, Bebe.
I may change later on if there are enough votes so that mine isn't needed. I don't want to "clear" myself.
Why? Nothing to do with anything that's happening with Jack, or Arthur, or Tenchi. As far as that goes, the only thing I care about is that Jack ISN'T exiled. Call me selfish, but the more citizens that stand between me and imprisonment, the happier I'll be.
I think at least three spies, possibly all five, were in that investigations game. I also think that there is no way the spies would let a citizen get hold of the final investigation. I think Bebe and Miles were working together, have been all along, and Bruce is the odd-citizen-out. At this point i'm seriously considering Tenchi once again. And Arthur looks to be coming out of the woodwork too. But the most evidence I can find is against BEBE.
I think it's far more likely now that Tenchi made a mistake in calling me out for warning Jack before last exile, and in fact he and Bebe ARE working together. (It's the kind of mistake I would have - and did - make as a spy.) I don't believe Tenchi when he says Trina warned him about me warning Jack of his plans. I think it was Bebe who warned him. Jack seems to bear that out.
I think Bebe is good - bloody good, in fact. Almost Allison-good. But I think her time is up.

I'm curious, and this might have been the case in Spies 2 or maybe the situation just didn't come up. But you've said lots of times that you don't want to cast a vote for someone you think might be a Spy if you think they are going to go anyway. In Spies 2 when you were a Spy, would the fact that someone voted for a Spy when the majority did cause you to be more likely to Imprison them? Over someone who didn't, even though it was clear they pushed other people to vote for them? I could see like the situation with Judith working because for a week or however long it was some people did not know you were behind it plus it was early in the game, but I'm confused here. I just don't see how the technicality of not voting for someone you think is a Spy actually works. Maybe it's just like to send a message to people who you think are Spies that you will not be voting for them in the future? If so, I'm sure they'd like that since it's 5 vs. 9 at this point which means they are already a few votes away from a possible majority... (*hopes he doesn't give you any ideas* ) Even for that to work you would have to be fairly certain of all 5 Spies, otherwise you would "not" vote for someone who actually isn't a Spy and might end up voting for an actual one, which would do the opposite of what you intended... I'm sure you have a good reason behind this I'm just trying to figure it out haha. Also sorry about the sarcasm thing, I probably misread it. I'm just curious about your strategies.

Oh, maybe you think if you voted for a Spy and it turned out they were a Spy, that would make you less suspicious and that's not what you want? I guess, but surely you know that Spies can vote for Spies quite convincingly. =)

At this point I don't think it matters. I think I proved in Spies 2 that I'm out to win for myself, not the group. The trouble is that if the group fails, so do I. So it's a balancing act.
Right now, I think Bebe's going to go conclusively enough that people'll assume one or two spies voted in her favour anyway (assuming she is one). If it was one where the spies would obviously NOT vote for the spy being put up, I would try not to myself. No sense making yourself a target for imprisonment.
Put it this way - whatever happens, four more citizens are certain to be imprisoned. I'm going to do everything I can to make sure I'm not one of them.
(Skip the following paragraph, new Spies players...)
In Spies 1, I think I had a good deal to do with taking out at least one spy, but my Gerta didn't win. I played recklessly and sacrificed myself. (Well, Gindi AKA Judith sacrificed me, but I think I was gone anyway in that round or the next.) In Spies 2, I don't agree with Adriana's idea that she "knows who contributed to the win". Karl and Rodney were 100% responsible for that win because they exiled Tyson. Nobody else did, because whatever happened before is irrelevant. Tyson didn't get a single vote until the finale. Not one single vote. Nobody except perhaps Nicole ever seriously suspected Tyson before then, going on the confessionals of the eliminated players (including Adriana herself). Everyone except Rodney ignored Nicole, who was perhaps the best citizen of the lot in terms of her ideas and suspicions. So I'm sorry, but anybody who says they "helped get the win" is talking out of their ass.
(OK, you can come back now.)
My point is - if you survive, you win. If you are imprisoned or exiled, you lose, and you can't help take out the final spy even if you know who they are. You have to play for the team, but there's ways of doing it without necessarily making yourself a target.

I am changing vote, but not to Arthur.
I vote MILES this exile.
I don't buy his ability as a citizen's ability.

Is it too late to change my vote?

Note to people who might not get the joke - that last post was an hour after Miles was revealed as a citizen...
My new vote: ARTHUR. I think what Miles and Jack say makes sense, and it seems fairly obvious now that neither Jessica nor Miles are spies. (IF Bebe is telling the truth... that's a big "if".) That leaves only Arthur, Tenchi and Jack.
Goddamn, I ruled out Miles right at the beginning, and then brought him right back in... why am I so freaking clueless in this game?

Another change of vote. I'm going for BRUCE. I don't think it'll matter but it might help save me from imprisonment next time round if Bruce is a spy. Other than that... I got nothing.

No, not really. Sam, you need to get a irony detector urgently. Would it help if I wrote "Ba-da-BOOM!" after every sarcastic comment that I make? In any case I'm changing vote - AGAIN. This time to BEBE. Because I'm Jack's bitch, and that's what he tells me to do. (Ba-da-BOOM.) Besides there's a very slim chance she might be a spy, which is good enough for me right now.
