"Something everyone can agree on"
I do not understand this idea. There are 5 spies out of 14 people. Any time you pick a Spy there could be up to 5 people resisting it. Why would you go for someone everyone can agree on when most certainly that person would be a Citizen? I would take the fact that there was resistance to be indicative of them being Spies.

That was my entire point with Arthur, but nobody seemed to buy it. I mean, by the final exile practically everyone left in the game had mentioned him as a top suspect at one time (except me!) Elsewhere I couldn't understand why Raphael seemed to gather so little suspicion, but foolishly I never really made anything of it until the finale.
