IMPRISONMENT #4 Judge Sam: “The Costume Party has begun! You are all invited to the magnificent gathering. Be sure to RSVP ASAP by clicking here and reading the instructions. We’re waiting to hear from you! Once you are in, feel free to post to your heart’s desire, anything goes at the Costume Party. But don’t reveal your identity, the costume party is meant to be anonymous! You may get kicked out of the Party for being a bad guest if you go pulling off your mask.
Exile #4 will be held live Tuesday night at 8:00 PM CST. That means we will have two days instead of one to discuss who we want to Exile. With more time should come better judgment and more examination of the evidence under less of a time constraint. Hopefully that will lead us to capturing our first Spy.
Please forgive me, I am a little behind on writing this Imprisonment so this one will last ~45 minutes instead of 30.
Let the story begin. No animals were harmed in the production of this Imprisonment. VULNERABLE:

“Fifi! Fifi, where are you? Fifi!”
Bebe called out for the neighborhood dog, Fifi. (no relation to Robo-fifi) The friendly dog had just one day appeared in the Burg during dinnertime and was welcomed by everybody. Soon enough she became an important part of the town, always willing to lend support when people were feeling down or a willing ear when people needed someone to talk to. She was easily everyone’s best friend in the Burg, and was trusted with more secrets than most humans were.
But now she was missing, and nobody could find out where she had headed off to! The Burg had organized a city-wide doghunt for the cute little poodle, and everybody had spent the entire day on the lookout for her.
“I just hope she hasn’t entered the Putrid Precinct,” Bebe said fearfully, causing Bruce to look down in the other direction.
Looking at the ground, Bruce just then spotted some fresh pawprints heading off towards the east. Joyful at finding a lead, 8 of the villagers of the Burg packed a picnic lunch and followed the tracks, eager to rescue Fifi and bring her back to her home. VULNERABLE:

and “Maybe she was getting bored with human company, like I do sometimes." Anneliese said to Miles as they passed through the entrance gate of the Burg Zoo. "I guess she just wanted to find some canine friends to hang out with!”
The Burg Zoo was one of the biggest zoos in all of the area, featuring over 1,000 different species of animals from birds to sharks, leopards to sheep, and pandas to alligators. The Zoo was divided into five main habitats, each nearly a square mile. Eager to visit the animals and find Fifi, Annaliese and Miles headed straight to the swamp area.
“Look at all these slimy reptiles,” Anneliese said as she pointed to a particularly large Iguana. Miles was distracted by the snake pit and didn’t hear her. He was looking at rattlesnakes, vipers, and cobras, excited each time they would slither or hiss.
“Look here, it says ‘Can you imagine trying to stuff a whole watermelon in your mouth? Well, snakes can eat prey that is up to 20 percent of their body size!’ Cool!” said Miles.
“I wish I could stuff an entire watermelon in YOUR mouth,” replied Anneliese as she continued to look out for Fifi. “I don’t think Fifi would be eaten by a snake. She’s so feisty, she’d be too hard to digest.” VULNERABLE:

Meanwhile, Claire headed off by herself towards the mammal section of the zoo. The mammals were placed in a large variety of habitats, from a picturesque savannah with flowing grasses to an artificial jungle constructed for gorillas.
Claire dashed to see if her favorite animal was still in the zoo after the terrible disaster. Usually she visited Daisy and Tulip on a monthly basis, checking up on them to make sure everything was okay. She had fallen in love with these animals and even had pictures of them in on her refridgerator. But Claire hadn’t seen them since before the attack and she was worried sick!
“Yes! Daisy you are alright!” Claire squealed as she ran up to the barricade, smiling as she saw the two warthogs. “I’m so glad everything is okay. You must have missed me so much!”
Daisy snorted as she continued eating, not even realizing that Claire was there. After she finished chewing the grass, she snorted again and fell to the ground sloppily.
Claire looked at the little informational sign and read the description of the warthog as she had hundreds of times before: “Brains before beauty: Warthogs may not be the most beautiful or graceful creatures in the Animal Kingdom, but they are remarkable for their strength, intelligence, and flexibility!”
“Brains before beauty, that’s what I always say!” Claire said to herself. Pausing to remember why she was there, she then asked Daisy if she had seen a little poodle around but did not receive an answer. Shrugging, she sat down to watch the two warthogs and forgot all about Fifi. VULNERABLE:

Arthur, Jennipher, and Brooks had gone directly to the Aviary, the section of the zoo with every kind of bird imaginable. Around them were ostriches, flamingos, eagles, pelicans, and parrots of every size and color.
Jennipher and Brooks climbed through a hole in a gigantic bird habitat where animals of every type flew above their heads. Fifi was known for her fondness for birds, so the two trecked through the large enclosure, calling out Fifi’s name and looking through plants.
Arthur headed to the flamingo exhibit, where over one hundred beautiful flamingos stood in the lake before him.
“Flamingos are such social birds,” Arthur thought to himself. “It says here that they live in flocks ranging from a few pair to the tens of thousands. In East Africa, one million flamingos may even flock together!”
Arthur gazed at the beautiful flamingos as they performed some ritualized displays for him. They saluted with their wings, marched, twisted and preened and head bobbed. He thought it was cool that adult flamingos have few natural predators because they tend to live in inhospitable places. Arthur thought to himself that he wouldn’t mind being a flamingo.
He headed back to the flying bird section where various pigeons and seagulls were swooping down and attacking Jennipher and Brooks. “Fifi isn’t here,” said Arthur, ignoring the shreiks and hollers of the two. “Let’s go meet everybody else at the aquarium.” VULNERABLE:

Bebe finally got to the aquarium section of the Zoo to find Anneliese, Miles, Claire, Reicheru, Arthur, Jennipher, and Brooks all waiting for her.
“Any luck finding Fifi?” Bebe asked hopefully.
No one had seen even a trace of the poor animal. They all began to search the aquarium in a last ditch effort to find the dog. They all knew Fifi enjoyed swimming, so maybe she just went on a field trip to play with the dolphins.
“Fifi!” yelled Miles as he pointed towards the orca whale exhibit.
Fifi was floundering in the water, soaked and exhausted in the giant pool with a massive orca whale. The whale was swimming slow circles around Fifi as the dog whimpered, clearly in danger.
“I’ll save you Fifi!” someone said dramatically as they jumped into the water and began swimming after the animal. They swam as fast as they could, arms and legs pumping, desperate to reach the floundering Fifi in time.
It wasn’t until they had nearly reached Fifi before they realized this was no normal orca whale. In fact it was actually a robot-whale, a massive mechanic contraption made of over 3 tons of iron and steel!
The robot-whale opened it’s gigantic mechanical jaws as it swam at full speed directly towards the person in the water! VULNERABLE:

“NO!”
Another person picked up a rock and threw it hard directly at the sensor of the orca whale! The sensor crashed but the orca whale continued to move, propelled forward at full speed!
But the person was able to swim away in time!
Judge Sam: “Oh my God! We are all saved! No one has been Imprisoned, we are all still here! And Fifi is safe too!”
*cheers resonate throughout the Burg as all 19 villagers celebrate the successful saving of one of their own*
Judge Sam: “One of our very own Citizens has been saved from Imprisonment! One of us, secretly, has exercised their special power and saved another one of us, causing there to be no Imprisonment elimination this episode. Who it was that was saved I cannot reveal – but I can assure you that all 8 people in the story tonight were randomly selected so that does not infer that the saved person was one of them. The person saved will remain a mystery, both to protect them and to protect ourselves. I also cannot reveal which one of you has saved this mystery person from Imprisonment.
What a fortunate occasion that was tonight that no Citizen will be kidnapped this Episode. However, I can confirm that this is the ONLY time in the entire game where the Spies’ Imprisonment will be thwarted… in every other episode one of you will be selected to be Imprisoned and kidnapped by the Spies. No exceptions. We may all be safe now, but our futures are still uncertain and danger lurks at every turn.
Though we may not have gotten any additional evidence tonight at least we are one person ahead of schedule. Hopefully we can take advantage of this and catch a Spy at the next Exile that will take place Tuesday evening at 8:00 PM CST live in chat. Be sure to vote before then.
Enjoy the safety and let’s party at the Costume Ball!
